To prevent the pieces be deformed and tarnish, please handle with care and treat them gently. Avoid contact with water, sweat and excessive heat. Store in dry and cool place when not in use. 

Fabric Flowers: All materials are sourced from Japan. For the cloth we usually using cotton, velvet, satin, silk, organza and mesh. 

Beads Accessories: Mainly using glass beads made in Japan/ Germany/ Cezch, and natural stone such as freshwater pearl, crystal sourced from Japan.

For the metal related parts are using brass with silver or gold plating*. Any other materials used will be stated at the product description individually.

*Please take note and consider before making a purchase if you are allergic to metal.

All our handmade fabric flower pieces is one of a kind, as every hand-dye, hand-iron petal and leaf have their own unique colour and shape, therefore we can not accept made to order and can not remake the sold-out pieces.

The colours of product photographs shown at our site are captured as accurately as possible, Product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting or your monitor settings. 

Fabric Flowers orders will be packed in a gift box and eco friendly postal box. Beads Accessories orders will be packed in a bubble padded envelope. If you are sending as a gift to your special one, we can include your personal message hand-written on the note card.  As the card is small, so please keep your message short and sweet. Feel free to request by email :)

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of the order. All orders will be sent using Royal Mail with tracking service.

We accept returns within 14 days from the day you receive the product (we do not accept returns on pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons), please email us at annapale.flower@gmail.com with your order confirmation email, state which products you would like to return, we will send you an instructions on how to proceed with your return. 

You must send the products back to us within 14 days after receiving a response from us. The return period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the products you have ordered.

Products need to be in the same condition as you first received, not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated and returned in original packaging. 

The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs involved in returning the items. Please using a shipping with tracking service. Items that are lost are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be replaced or refunded.

We will send you an email once your return items has been received and inspected, and notify you if your return has been success or not. If return approved, the refund will be issued within a few working days to your account the order originally was paid from.

No products may be returned to annapale without the prior written consent of annapale. 

We do not accept exchange. You can place a new order for the products you like, after refund procedure completed.
